At Striker Threads, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping terms below:


Order Confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Every COD order is confirmed through a manual call.
  • If you miss our call, your order will not be cancelled immediately. We will wait for 5–6 hours for a callback.
  • If we do not receive confirmation within that time, the order will be cancelled.

Prepaid Orders:

  • All prepaid orders are confirmed automatically — no calls required.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once confirmed, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, provided the item is in stock.
  • If a product is unavailable, our team will inform you about the delay before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email ID.

Courier Services

We ship using Shipmozo, which partners with leading courier companies like Blue Dart and Xpressbees.
If these are unavailable for your location, we use Delhivery or Ekart.


Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: A flat Rs.150 COD fee is charged due to higher handling costs.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is picked up, you will receive the tracking ID on your registered email.
  • If you did not provide an email at checkout, please note your order number and use the “Track My Order” page on our website to check the status.

Order Modification & Cancellation

  • To modify or cancel your order, email us at support@strikerthreads.in or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
  • Our team will assist you with the necessary changes.
