When Can You Return or Get a Refund?

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if:
    1. You receive the wrong product, or
    2. You receive a different size than what you ordered.
  • Returns for size preference or change of mind are not accepted. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Proof Required

  • A clear unboxing video of the package (from opening to showing the product) is mandatory.
  • Without this proof, no return or refund request will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for wrong products or wrong sizes.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Bank or payment processing time may vary.

Exchanges

  • If eligible, you may choose to exchange instead of refund.
  • Exchanges are only approved for wrong product or wrong size delivered.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Process

  1. Email us at support@strikerthreads.in within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
  3. Please pack the product securely for return.

Quality Issues

  • If you find a genuine quality issue, share proof with us.
  • Each case will be reviewed, and a fair resolution will be provided.
