Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat ₹150 COD fee applies due to higher handling costs.

International Orders

• Currently, Striker Threads ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery

• All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

• If an item is unavailable, our team will inform you before dispatch.

• Once shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared via your registered email.

• Orders are shipped through Shipmozo, with courier partners like Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, and Ekart.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

Order Confirmation

• COD Orders:

  • Confirmed via a manual phone call.

  • If the call is missed, we wait 5–6 hours for a callback.

  • If no confirmation is received, the order will be cancelled.

• Prepaid Orders:

  • Automatically confirmed. No call required.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns and refunds are accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • You receive a wrong size than what you ordered.

• Change of mind or size preference returns are not accepted.

• A clear unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the product) is mandatory for any return or refund request.

• Requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

• Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for wrong product or wrong size delivered.

• Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for wrong product or wrong size delivered.

• You may choose an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

• Exchanges are arranged after return approval.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange claims.

Quality Issues

• If you receive a product with a genuine quality issue, share proper proof with us.

• Each case is reviewed individually, and a fair resolution will be provided.

Return Process

1. Email us at support@strikerthreads.in within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Attach your unboxing video and order details.

3. Once approved, a courier pickup will be arranged.

4. Pack the product securely for return.

Important Guidelines

• Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged.

• Never share OTP with the delivery agent unless the product is received.
